An interview with the drivers Frank Hawkins and David Young from KIL Trucking:

Our truck had a top-end problem and were able to limp into the Exit 123 with the help of another driver. We called The Shop since they were right there, but by the time I was off the phone with Gary from the Shop I was hopping mad. Suffice to say, he wasn't touching my truck.

That is when i called Tru-Tech Diesel, recommended by the people in the Chevron.

I drove the truck up to their 4-bay, NEW shop ("The Shop" works in the dirt), to look at the problem.

Mike Caldwell with Tru-Tech Diesel: "beyond fair, real nice, we know a hotel", a bright light in a bad day, they had us covered, "if you need anything, call me".

"Mike showed me everything he did when checking out our truck, no suprises, that is rare. A lot of guys will find this and that problem .... I wish there were a whole lot more like of Mike with Tru-Tech."

Drivers Frank Hawkins/David Young, comments on Gary Smith at The Shop: "hot air, beyond a jerk, arrogant A-hole, unqualified, 15 year girl at the drive through has more brains than him, steadily slinging the bull, didn't appreciate the mechanic coming over with his gun holster unsnapped, nothing but attitude, windier than a sack of farts. I'd walk before I would let him work on anything of mine. he is a hack."

David: "Having your gun unsnapped like that to me is a threat."
